Zack founded Boulder Peak Capital in 2017 to bring institutional experience and philosophies directly to investors. Before starting BPC, Zack worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. as an investment banker focused exclusively on Commercial Real Estate Finance, CRE Underwriting and Securitization. During his tenure, Zack was involved in over $5.0 billion worth of transactions with many of the most sophisticated real estate institutions across the country. It is this experience that drives BPC’s investment thesis and creates a top tier experience for its partners.
Paul joined Boulder Peak Capital in 2018 and brings more than 30-years of commercial real estate expertise with experience across multiple aspects of the real estate finance and acquisitions business. Paul spent 15-years in the CRE finance business for three different Life Companies (Cigna, ITT Hartford Life & Mass Mutual), and time at both CBRE and L.J. Melody & Co. where he built out a mezz fund platform and spent time in the mortgage brokerage business. Before joining Boulder Peak Capital, Paul was at Goldman Sachs & Co. for 12-years working in the Investment Banking Division focused on CRE.
